The construction skills of the steel structure sunroom allow you to get close to nature in the sun

The sunroom is also known as the glassroom, and the foreign name is Winter Garden. The sunroom is a non-traditionalbuilding built with glass and metal frames to enjoy the sun and get close tonature. It has now become an architectural form admired by people who pursuenature and fashion at home and abroad. Among them, steel structure sunrooms aremore favored by the public.

The steel structure sunroom has norestrictions on creativity, size and shape, and the owner can build itaccording to his own preference style, although it is not as good as the brokenbridge aluminum to ensure perfect heat insulation, but the relatively low priceand good load-bearing performance have been favored by many owners.

After understanding what a steel structuresunroom is, let's talk about the skills of building a steel structure sunroom.

1. Anti-rust treatment: The surface of thesquare steel must be painted with anti-corrosion treatment, and the paint mustbe of better quality, using on-site fluorocarbon spraying or electrostaticspraying treatment in the spraying plant first, and made on site

2. During welding, the connection must beguaranteed to be not loose, without gaps, without false welding, and thewelding joint is full.

3. Water leakage treatment: generallywaterproof materials or structural waterproofing. Use waterproof materials toblock the gap between the glass and the rods, requiring seamless and non-porousmaterials. The second is to use the slope of the sunroom to quickly eliminatethe rainwater on the top surface according to the situation, so that thepossibility of leakage is minimized.

4. Thermal insulation: A common practice isto add shutters, using low-emissivity coated glass, insulating profiles andLOW-E insulating glass, and EPDM rubber material that is more durable thancommon ABS materials for sealing.

The original intention of the sunroom is toremember the sunshine,

Because those happy moments are worthsinging.

In the yard in the afternoon,

The kitten squinted quietly,

Reptiles are diverse,

Birds are fun, roof is playing with slides,

With a peaceful state of mind and a freeheart,

Depict a simple and meticulous attitudetowards life.
